Eleanor has made a permanent place in our hearts. She is just so sweet and loving! She loves pats and cuddles, and makes sure she keeps an eye on everything here at Mistral Farm. Her beautiful brown dun colouring makes her stand out from the crowd, as does her gorgeous temperament. She has always given us lovely babies, with her colouring often coming through in her offspring.

Sally is one of my favourites! A bit of an underdog within the herd, she prefers to keep to herself a lot of the time. She is an absolute sweetheart though, and loves some extra attention! She is quite small, showing a lot of great pygmy traits.

Monica is a gentle girl, who loves to come and get some booty scratches. She has a lovely temperament in all regards and has raised some lovely kids as well. The markings on her face (swiss markings) make her one of only two swiss girls in my herd.

Dotty is a quiet girl, who likes to fly under the radar with the rest of the herd. A bit of a 'peace-keeper'. She is another of the girls that has helped add colour to our herd. Her lovely smooth coat is mostly white, with some darker dots spread throughout (hence the name!).

This girl is fairly reserved, liking to keep an eye on things from afar. Whist wary at first, she warms up fairly quickly when new people are around. Beautiful pygmy markings, with some lovely colours in her genetics, I'm excited to see what her babies will look like this year!

Olive is an amazingly sweet and gentle girl. She is another that has secured a place on our not-so-secret list of favourites! You'd never know this girl was dam raised, as she's always on top of us wanting cuddles, scratches and treats. Her conformation is top notch, with lots of the traditional pygmy characteristics shining through.

Showing lots of her mama's traits, this girl is a solid pygmy. Heather has a beautiful black agouti coat with the white muzzle and star on her forehead. A shy girl, always hanging at the back of the pack, but very curious about everything around her.

Iris is Heather's twin sister. Very similar in most regards to Mistral Heather except for the colourings. Iris has lovely moonspots throughout her coat which seem to keep becoming more and more prominent as she gets older. I'm looking forward to seeing what she brings with her first babies this year.

Hazel's beautiful chamoisee dun colourings are just like her mama's, with a temperament just as lovely. I love this colour, and am hoping to see more of it at Mistral Pygmys soon. Hazel is a social girl, and likes to make her needs and wants known!

I like to think of Jasmine as my "belted galloway" goat (must be my farm upbringing coming through!). She certainly stands out in the herd with these beautiful colours. Not as outgoing as her twin sister Hazel, but still loves to be in the thick of it with the herd.

Rose is quite small given her percentage pygmy, and has a lot of solid pygmy traits. She seems to take after dad more than mum with her colours, so it will be very interesting to see what her babies are like (we'll see if the maternal grandmother colours come through). Quite a shy girl, Rose likes to observe and take things in from afar.

Mr Darcy came to us as a little buckling, and was to be our second buck, however he was pushed up the line when our previous buck suddenly passed away. We are currently expecting his first kids, due in May 2024, and we are super excited to see what he brings!
Mr Darcy is super stocky, with a delightful pygmy conformation. He is thoroughly enjoying being the boss of the farm!

I love his caramel coat, and his personality is just as vibrant! Whilst he is still very young, I am very keen to watch him mature, and I look forward to seeing some of his colours come through into our herd.

Our sweet Milton was bottle raised, and is very friendly, always up for a good scratch. He's great company for Mr Darcy when he's not with the girls, and is a great leader for the younger wethers and kids. Milton is learning to walk on a lead, making moving goats much easier!

Clio likes to practice her acrobatic skills- all the time! She loves to jump, climb and play on anything! Her favourite apparatus is her mother, and even though she is definitely too big, she still jumps on mum's back and balances there! Almost completely black, with just some white frosting around her ears and nose, her black coat is really pretty!
